The Children's English Library e.V. (CEL) is a non profit organisation, run by a large number of capable and enthusiastic volunteers. New volunteers are always welcome please contact info@celstuttgart.deThe library is funded purely by membership fees and donations.Operations are directed by the Board of the CEL which is made up of members elected to the board for a term of three years by the membership at the Annual General Meeting.
